DIN 43650 Connectors

DIN 43650 solenoid connectors or DIN 43650 Connectors

are manufactured as per DIN standards.

DIN standards are a set of standards developed by Deutsches Institut für Normung e.V. (DIN), the German Institute for Standardization) http://www.din.de

DIN 43650 connectors are a series of connectors which are used with solenoid valves. The Din 43650 connectors are normally used in hydraulics and pneumatics. Other applications are pressure sensors and switches, optical, limit and proximity switches. The connectors are available as plugs and sockets.

DIN 43650 connectors are manufactured to confirm to specific connector styles. Some of the most common connector styles to which the connectors are manufactured are:

DIN 43650 Form A Connectors
DIN 43650 Form b Connectors
DIN 43650 Form C Connectors
Industrial Form B (ISO Form B)
Industrial Micro-Mini(ISO Form C)

The DIN 43650 Form A Connectors have a spacing of 18mm between the contacts.
The Industrial Form B (ISO Form B) have a 11mm contact separation.
DIN 43650 Form b Connectors have a 10mm and the DIN 43650 Form C Connectors have 8mm spacing between the contacts.
Industrial micro-mini (ISO Form C) devices have a separation of 9.4mm between the contacts are referred to as Industrial standard Sub-micro.

Solenoid valve connectors are manufactured in the standard varieties as well as they can be cutomized to customer specifications.

The devices are suitable to work with either AC or DC Voltages. Some of the devices work both on AC and DC Voltages. Presently the solenoid connectors are as per IP 65 standards and the development of the connector series for IP 67 is under way.

Normally the most important parameter in selecting a connector is the voltage (the maximum voltage the connector can safely transmit), current rating (the maximum current the connector can safely transmit) and indication (Do display when the solenoid energizes). Other factors are the on-off delay (the time delay associated with a signal traveling through the connector), and the operating temperature (the operating temperature range through which solenoid valve connectors can function).
DIN 43650 Solenoid connectors are manufactured for a voltage range of 24VDC, 48VDC, 110VAC and 230VDC and a current rating of 6 Amps and 10Amps. Din 43650 connectors are manufactured for with or without indication. The non indicator connectors are normally black in color. Grey color connectors can also be supplied against order. Normal temperature range is -20 Deg. C to +85 deg. C.

AC connectors are manufactured for a current rating of 6 Amps @ 230V / 250V and 10 Amperes @ 230V / 250 volts. 110 volts connectors are also available with indicators Connectors suitable for DC voltages are manufactured for 24VDC, 48 VDC, 110VDC. DIN 43650 connectors for C voltages are normally supplied in transparent body with a suitable light indication to display the status of the indicator. While the 24V and 48VDC connectors are supplied with an LED (Light Emitting Diode) the 110V and 230VAC connectors are fitted with neon lamps for indication.

Connectors with bridge rectifiers, MOV (Metal Oxide Varistors) are supplied in both illuminated and non-illuminated version.
